Using Technology to Fight the spread of Covid-19

SmartBAS is helping to support the global fight against the Covid-19 Pandemic through
its technology, the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Licence Plate Recognition-based PARCS
parking access and revenue control system. This innovation by SmartBAS allows
vehicles to access parking facilities without drivers having to push the button on
dispensing machines to get an RFID card or ticket. Our Emergent, Connected, and
Superior Contactless technology prevents fingertip contamination against viruses and
harmful bacteria.
SmartBAS will continually leverage the power of technology and materials within our
product and service offerings to help combat the spread of Covid-19.

Health and Medical Education Campaign on Top Killer Diseases

Through early initiatives, various public fora had been conducted since 2017, and virtual
health and medical seminars are currently conducted and organized by its affiliate
whereby medical doctors are invited to discuss and provide information on the top killer
diseases in the Philippines.
This Health and Medical Education Campaign is directed to owners, shareholders and
top executives of private and listed companies, various organizations, medical
institutions and government agencies to understand and be able to tackle these top
killer diseases that they, their family member or people known to them may be facing,
and to advocate the prevention and awareness on top killer diseases within their
organizations and spheres of influence.
As these Killer Diseases continue to rage due to lack of awareness and education
initiatives, SmartBAS is committed to aiding the fight against them through its Advocacy.

Nurturing Future Generations

SmartBAS is involved with JA Philippines (Junior Achievement) and supports its
development program to equip today’s youth to become tomorrow’s entrepreneurs and
business leaders, to inspire them and prepare the young to succeed in a global
economy.
SmartBAS collaborates with organizations which provide opportunities for the youth to
experience and share, to broaden their horizons, to discover new things, to help young
people learn together, to equip the students with the cutting-edge knowledge about
scientific innovation, business or financial development, and cultural trends.
We aim to run several youth programs by way of partnerships with distinguished
educational institutions dedicated to specific fields such as Internet, artificial intelligence,
future technologies, and cultural and creative industries.

Financial Literacy and Investing

Through its affiliates, SmartBAS seeks to upgrade the quality of life of Filipino Investors
to achieve Financial Freedom through proper investing in the stock market based on
Fundamental Analysis FA.
The Advocacy on financial literacy and investing is to help people develop a stronger
understanding of basic investing concepts—that way, they do not need to lose hard
earned savings through market speculation.
The advocacy is directed to SmartBAS client organizations’ executives.

Supporting Missions and Philanthropy

SmartBAS continues its commitment to support missions and ministries, including
activities and programs of Rotary International, Junior Achievement, the Philippine
Chamber of Commerce and Industry through the donation of a portion of yearly profits.
